15% as down payment due on day of sale with balance in cash at closing on or before 30 days. FOR ONSITE BIDDERS: Deposit due day of sale. FOR ONLINE BIDDERS: Deposit must be received by 5PM CST the next business day. The down payment may be in the form of wire, cashier’s check, personal check, or corporate check.
